Just a little follow up as to where/who GT-Clone's source is www.Mcmaster.com The washers are called finish cup washers. I am also using this same type of screw and washer on all exposed fittings on painted/color areas.

I didn't use Mcmaster per say, but a local hardware/fastener store. I have three different sizes each box of washers 50-100 was under $10

The screws are called Flat head socket screws the part number for 5/16-18x1 would be 92210A583 in Mcmaster for an example. Sorry to lazy to do the rest for ya!

I got this same idea from Eckerts Rod and Custom in Oregon, which I saw one of their cars at a car show. They in house machine all their fasteners. I called them for a quote for all the fasteners in the engine bay and the ones along the trunk line. The price they came back with was $400 for only 40 screws and washers. Needless to say I felt they were off their rocker and preceded to find alternate sources.
